Summary
When Shenron is summoned, the Dragon Team panics as the effort they went through to get the Dragon Balls is seemingly lost. However, before Pilaf can make a wish, Oolong's quick thinking allows him to interrupt Pilaf and wish for panties, much to everyone's surprise. When Shenron grants the wish, the Dragon Ball dissolves, thwarting Pilaf's plans to take over the world. While Bulma and Yamcha praise Oolong for his quick wit, Gokū is dismayed to discover that the four-star Dragon Ball, or memento, left to him by his grandfather is gone. Enraged, Pilaf orders the execution of the Dragon Team and leads the team to be imprisoned in a room with walls made of a harder material than the previous room and a ceiling composed of super-reinforced glass. When Bulma reveals that the dragon balls are lost for a year before they become traceable and usable, Pilaf reveals his plan to kill the dragon team by using the Sun to cook the team alive as it shines through the glass ceiling, unnerving the dragon team.
