Summary
While everyone at Tenka-Ichi Budōkai is stunned by Gokū's transformation, Gokū begins his rampage in the tournament by tearing up the grounds and causing everyone to flee from the dangerous vicinity. As Kulilin pleads with Gokū to change back to his child form, Yamcha explains that there is no point, explaining that Gokū transforms into a giant ape when he witnesses a full moon. When Yamcha orders Pu'aro to transform into scissors and cut off Gokū's tail, this revelation leads Jackie Chun to fire a full Kamehameha, seemingly killing Gokū as the giant ape disappears.
