 Summary

While Senbe tries to fix Gokū's broken dragon radar, his son Turbo decides to secretly repair it without anyone noticing and credits his father, who is stunned. While Goku and the others are excited that the radar is fixed, General Blue arrives and blinds Goku again and takes the boy's radar.

Before Blue leaves, Gokū decides to kill him once more, but is then controlled by Arale. After Gokū is overwhelmed by the power of Arale and her friends, he manages to retrieve the Dragon Balls, but is unable to find the radar and figures that Blue had when Arale was knocked down.

After Gokū is frustrated that can no longer search for dragon balls without a dragon radar, Turbo then surprises everyone by creating a new radar from parts of Blue's plane, claiming that he learned from watching his father tinker with the second radar. Now grateful, Gokū calls his Kintoun to leave, but not before suggesting to Arale that she should join the Tenkaichi Budōkai with her impressive power. As Gokū takes off, Blue informs Red Ribbon Army HQ that he has lost his dragon balls, but has a dragon radar.
