Summary
As Gokū flies to his next location, Commander Red and his assistant Lieutenant Black of the Red Ribbon Army determine that the young boy is headed for Colonel Yellow's area. When Red is once again frustrated by his subordinates' inability to find the Dragon Balls, the man and his son are ambushed by members of the military. However, the man takes control of the troops and forces them to retreat. Yellow then contacts Black, much to Red's anger, leading the commander to decide to send an assassin named Taopaipai to retrieve the Dragon Ball if Yellow cannot find it, much to Black and Yellow's surprise.
The Colonel then decides to capture the Dragon Ball. son and force the man to give up the Dragon Ball in his possession. Gokū then detects the Dragon Ball and retrieves his son after defeating Yellow, forcing Red's hand and bringing him to summon Taopaipai.
