 Character Synopsis

Goku disappears to visit with the Omni-King to discuss the interuniversal tournament. Beerus seemingly accepts responsibility for this dire situation, as his and Champ’s previous tournament Universe 6 vs. 7 was the reason for the Omni-King’s announcement.
The future and present Omni-Kings seem to be playing a sort of chess game against each other, but stop and ask the high priest about the mortal levels in the different universes. As expected, Universe 1 is in the lead, followed by Universe 12. The others haven’t changed much, in fact they may all have gone down slightly. The Omni-Kings see no reason to keep all 12 and lose interest in observing them. Together, they decide to keep only four universes and erase the other eight. The High Priest agrees and requests that the angels be withdrawn from these universes.
