Character Synopsis
The policeman says to try talking to the house phone, but Goku doesn't know what it is. So the policeman calls and asks about Bulma-san. The robot says that Bulma-sama is still at school, and then the policeman remembers that school isn't over yet. Goku says he'll wait and tells the cop he can go now. But the cop says he can't until he's sure Goku isn't a bad person; it's hard to believe that someone like Goku would know the daughter of the owner of a high class company like Capsule Corporation. Then Goku says he can feel her and she comes here on a futuristic scooter.
Bulma is stunned to see that Goku found her house and explains that the policeman helped. Bulma asks him what he wants and Goku says that the radar she gave him broke and he wants her to fix it. Bulma says it's nothing and tells them to go inside. The policeman also asks if he can have the scooter repaired as well. Bulma's dad rides a bicycle in the room with a little black cat on his shoulder. He jumps up and Bulma tells him that this boy is the one she told him about. So Bulma's father goes to the policeman and says that it's not the chibi he heard about; he's really big and doesn't look twelve. But then they see the real Goku and say hello. The policeman asks if it is really Dr. Brief who invented the capsules. Bulma says they are going up and asks her father to fix the cop's scooter down here.
