Character Synopsis
Tao Pai-pai pulls a pillar out of the ground and prepares to leave, and then Upa picks up a stone and throws it at him for killing his father and big brother. But Tao Pai-pai just detonates it and hits Upu in the face, and he tells the crying child to be glad he's not dead. He then drops the pillar and flies away, leaving Upa alone at the base of Karin Tower.
At the Red Ribbon mansion, Red is impressed by Tao Pai-pai's work. But then he and Black notice that the radar shows Tao Pai-pai leaving Karina's Holy Land with only three dragon balls and the fourth one is still there, and Red isn't too happy about that. Meanwhile, Tao Pai-pai is in a small town and shows the tailor a cute drawing of her old dress and wants him to make one with the same design. The tailor says it will take a week and Tao Pai-pai "convinces" him to do it in three days. Then Tao Pai-pai uses the phone to call Red Ribbon headquarters and tells Red that he will be back in three days. He took care of the brat and wants his money. But Red chews him out because he only got three dragon balls and then looks in the bag and notices. Red thinks it shouldn't be a problem to go back and get it if the brat is dead.
